What time should I arrive at camp? Camp officially begins after lunch on the first day, but you should arrive between 11:45AM – 1:00PM. This will allow you to:

Check-in

Put your gear in your room

Change into your basketball clothes

Learn about the facility

Loosen up prior to play

Who gets selected for the boys and girls all-star teams?

Varsity players are selected by their Coach at the beginning of camp. These players are then evaluated throughout the week during competition with other teams and All-Star try outs. After the final try out, the Varsity Coaches meet and select the players they believe are most deserving to participate on the All-Star Team.

How many players are selected?

We select a total of 10 boys and 10 girls from the team camps. We also select an alternate in case one of the players is not able to make the trip.

Where does the all-star team travel?

The boys team will go to Ballin Under 1 Roof in Louisville, Kentucky The girls team will attend Run 4 the Roses in Louisville, Kentucky.

How will I know if my son / daughter has arrived at camp?

We will not call to let you know your son / daughter has arrived at camp. We will always call if they do not arrive. Please instruct your son / daughter to call after they arrive and are checked-in at our facility. Cell phones do not work at our location however there will be payphones available for calling needs.

What time will camp finish on the final day?

Camp officially ends between 2:00 and 3:30 pm. Please arrange your departure after that as to not disrupt the final day.

Is there a concession stand or store available?

A company store is available to your son / daughter in the evening that sells various snacks, camp gear, and small items that may have been forgotten. Food will only be consumed in the cafeteria.

When is my deposit due?

All deposits are due no later than May 15th. Please keep in mind we will only be accepting a certain number of players so the earlier you reserve your spot the better.

When is my balance due?

All balances are due on or before your first day of camp.

What is your refund policy?

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Balance payments are refundable for cancellations made up to 2 weeks prior to camp.

What does my tuition cover?

 Meals, and camp t-shirt.

What is the coach to camper ratio?

Our normal coach to camper ratio is 1 coach for every 10 players during Skills Camps. The Team Camp players are under the supervision of their respective coaching staff.

Can I come and watch my son / daughter play?

Yes. Our camps are open to coaches and parents who wish to watch players participate in all activities. Meals and lodging must take place on campus for all participants.

Do I need to complete an Emergency Medical Form to attend camp?

Yes. Your son / daughter will be required to provide an Emergency Medical Form to his / her coach for participation at camp. This is needed in case of injury during his / her stay with us. Individual campers are required to provide our staff with a copy of their Emergency Medical form at check-in. Professional trainers will be on staff during all playing activities.
